Katie Beaulieu
I began my love for yoga and group fitness over 20 years ago and have been passionate about sharing that love with anyone attending a class since! There is something special about the community and family that grows in a group setting and I look forward to sharing that with you all too. When I am not at the studio, you can find me working with some of my best friends at Glo Salon, or enjoying time adventuring with my husband, our two boys, and our favorite spunky little dog!


Rebecca Lynn
I am a dedicated yogini with a decade of experience cultivating mindfulness and balance through yoga. My journey in the world of yoga began deeply rooted in a love for its philosophy and traditional practices, it has now expanded to a love for all aspects of yoga including asana and pranayama. Since experiencing the transformative powers of yoga I have been so eager to share the beauty that the practice can bring! Outside of my practice, I cherish quality moments spent with my husband and our four animals, running and reading fantasy romance. I would love to have you join me on this journey.
